photo electronically or as a hard copy.
2. Read the Poetry package service instructions and complete the
accompanying order form to submit your manuscripts.
3. Publish In The USA creates your book's electronic layout and cover design
files and send this to you via e-mail. You may request a printed galley for
an additional fee.
4. You review your book's electronic layout and cover proofs in Adobe
Acrobat PDF format. If Publish In The USA has made errors in the layout, you
submit the changes online or by mail or by fax. If you require Author
Alterations, you must purchase the Corrections Service.
5. After your corrections have been made, Publish In The USA will re-send
